An empty cup is fixed inside the app, not on the tray
A failed download, a missing code, or a cash-out that stays pending is handled in the installed Diwa Spin app. This tray cannot see the case.

Name the empty cup
A broken save, a code that never arrived, and a pending cash-out are different cups. Say which one before you write.
Reinstall only if the app asks for a new package from this host. A wait is not that request.
The visible thread is the real one
Open help in the app you installed. A person who contacts you first, even with the pending figure, is not that thread.
Send amount, time, and reference. Do not send a PIN, a code, or a card photo.
This host has no ticket drawer
Mailing the tray does not open a case inside Diwa Spin. We cannot sign in and we cannot release funds.
If a debit was not yours, tell that bank as well as the in-app thread.
A secret request ends it
If someone wants a one-time code or a UPI PIN to fill the cup, stop and return to the status screen.
Delete the leftover installer so a later tap does not add a second file.

- Name the cup Package, code, or cash-out.
- Open help yourself Inside the app.
- Send three facts only Amount, time, reference.
- Refuse secret requests PIN and code stay put.
- Call the bank for a debit you did not make Keep the app thread too.

No. There is no wallet access. The in-app thread is the request.
